I bought the K380 keyboard (French azerty), which I use on Macbook pro. On my mac built-in keyboard, I use the 'alt + left arrow' shortcut, which does not work on the K380. The 'alt + left arrow' shortcut for 'Home (when editing text)' is only. I use my K380 keyboard with 3 devices: 1) Macbook Pro 2015 2) Macbook Pro 2016 3) iPad Pro 2020. Whenever I switch my keyboard to my Macbook Pro 2015, I'm unable to switch to any other device. I press the device button, but nothing happens. Only the device switching keys aren't working. I can reproduce this consistently every time. I am unable to connect the MX Keys with windows OS. I read the forum about the apple magic mouse 2 (c. 2018) and have tried adjusting the settings of Bluetooth power management among the other 'solutions' presented. Sometimes the keyboard will be discovered in the add devices of Bluetooth settings, but when I click connect it will ask me to try again after a moment. Other times it will not be discovered by Bluetooth at all. Can i update my macbook pro to high sierra. FWI it works flawlessly with MacOS.
